28 To Revibe Your Tempo
28-DAY AT HOME WORKOUT PROGRAM
Due to the nature of the COVID-19 Outbreak, the Tempo Fitness Team has partnered up with Revibe to deliver a guided-plan to keep you fit during this time. Together we’ve designed an At-Home 28 Day Fitness Program compiled of proper warm-up routines, muscle activation exercises, full-body strength and conditioning workouts, cool-stretches, mobility, and fun fitness challenges. Each day of your program features links to videos of our team demonstrating the proper form for every exercise, along with regressions and progressions to accommodate for all levels of fitness.
The purpose of our program is to not only keep our community active during their increased time at home, but also to provide you with guidance, structure, motivation and accountability.
Upon completion, all those who finish the full 28-day program will receive an Achievement Certificate and a feature on both the Tempo Fitness & Revibe Social Media platforms.
