CLASS BREAKDOWN
TEMPO-FIT
An all Fitness-Level Friendly Bootcamp Class, designed to build your strength, conditioning, & challenge your limits. These classes are a combination of AMRAP's, EMOM's, TABATA's and always finished off with a team challenge. Tempo-Fit is a fun, high paced and motivating group class.
TEMPO-TOUGH
This class is a hybrid of Boxing meets Bootcamp. Tempo-Tough consists of conditioning, bodyweight-strength, & boxing fundamentals. Prepare to strap on your gloves for this 60-minute, high intensity Boxing Class!
TEMPO-TONE
This Women's Only Strength Training Class was created for the beginner to intermediate lifter. With a more relaxed pace than a "Bootcamp" Class, Tempo-Tone focusses on reps, sets & technique. Perfect for women looking to learn weigh-lifting fundamentals, work on their form, increase their overall strength, and work on defining muscle.
TEMPO-STRONG
This class is meant for intermediate to advanced fitness levels. Tempo-Strong focusses on a combination of strength, power & conditioning. Prepare for a high-intensity class, with barbell work, strength exercises, HIIT circuits and crazy finishers!
TEMPO-X
Tempo-X is a high-intensity, Athletic Style Bootcamp Class, that incorporates speed, agility, balance, endurance & power movements. This class is great if you're looking to for a challenge!
